Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing Zexio.io, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. These services are provided by Zexio and are designed for both individual professional use ("Personal") and business/team use ("Organization").

• Personal Accounts: If you are using the service as an individual, you are personally responsible for all activity under your account.
• Organization Accounts: If you are using the service on behalf of a company, startup, or team, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" or "your" refers to that entity.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use Zexio services for:

• Automated cryptocurrency mining or any resource-intensive activity that degrades shared cloud infrastructure performance.
• Distributing malware, hosting phishing sites, or facilitating DDoS attacks.
• Hosting or transmitting content that violates applicable laws regarding prohibited speech or illegal activities.
• Unauthorized network scanning, probing, or vulnerability testing.

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate account termination and potential disclosure to relevant law enforcement agencies.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Zexio offers tiered subscription plans. Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are subject to applicable taxes in the user's jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency payments are settled as digital commodity exchanges and are non-refundable once the transaction is validated on the network.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including API keys and cryptographic secrets. Zexio will never request your private keys or passwords. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Zexio Agent, Dashboard, and all related proprietary software are the exclusive intellectual property of Zexio. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended orchestration purposes.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our orchestration control plane on a monthly basis. While Zexio provides a default tunnel orchestration service, this commitment does not apply to:

• Connectivity issues arising from user-managed nodes, local infrastructure, or custom tunnel configurations.
• Scheduled maintenance windows communicated via the status dashboard.
• Service interruptions caused by Tier-1 infrastructure upstream providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) or third-party connectivity services.

7. Service Evolution

Zexio is a dynamic platform under constant development. We reserve the right to modify, update, or phase out features with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zexio at our sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases of AUP violations or billing defaults. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these terms shall cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zexio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zexio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service runtime, data loss, or unauthorized node access.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with theapplicable international laws. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authorities.
